Job Description
Join Simpson Housing as a Maintenance Supervisor at The Lodge at Redmond Ridge, where you will lead a dedicated maintenance team in ensuring the property is well-maintained and residents are satisfied. With a focus on excellence and community, you will manage all maintenance operations, guaranteeing timely readiness of apartments and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
In charge of all maintenance operations at the community and providing leadership to the maintenance team
Ensure vacant apartment homes are ready to lease in a timely manner
Utilize troubleshooting and technical skills to resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water and security systems
Work closely with residents to handle general maintenance issues
Monitor the physical condition of the property and take appropriate action
Perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience at the supervisory level
Strong working knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training is required
CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications are also required (may be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
At times, will be required to be on call
