As a Radiologic Technologist Weekend Option at Cone Health, you will perform essential imaging exams to assist in patient diagnosis. You'll work with patients to ensure their comfort and safety while adhering to best practices in radiation safety and imaging quality.
Key Responsibilities
Follow instructions from physicians regarding imaging needs.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality images.
Minimize radiation exposure to patients and themselves.
Complete required documentation for each procedure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
ARRT (R) certification
Radiologic Technologist - DxBLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
