Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Expert and assist clients in navigating their tax preparation with TurboTax. Work remotely with a supportive team, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and make a meaningful impact during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Willing to obtain internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
