Elara Caring Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join its team in Chicopee, MA. This role covers a large service territory and is focused on education, supervision, and oversight of personal care workers rather than direct hands-on patient care. The RN will play a key role in assessing patient needs, guiding caregivers, and ensuring the highest standards of home health care.
