Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend; holidays as needed
On Call: Rotating on call

Job Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care for chronic and acute renal patients in a dialysis setting.

• Float to Acute Care Renal units as needed.

• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and lab values during dialysis treatments.

• Administer medications and provide patient education on renal care and dialysis procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 3 years of current dialysis/renal nursing experience

• BLS (AHA)
