Key Responsibilities
Responsible for infection control surveillance, consultation, and education
Ensure regulatory agency compliance and quality control
Plan, develop, direct, implement, and evaluate the infection prevention program
Collect, report, and present statistical information regarding infection control
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate’s Degree of Nursing with enrollment in a BSN program
California Registered Nurse License
Experience in Infection Control
5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory care and acute care nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
Certified in Infection Control (CIC)
