Key Responsibilities
Oversee entire site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
Champion Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plans
Manage project controls including cost forecasting and scheduling
Supervise direct reports and mentor staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
11 years of construction field experience
Experience in heavy industrial construction in fossil power generation, mining, metals, or heavy manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC health and safety programs and regulations
Experience managing large teams on construction sites
