Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional administrative duties with minimal supervision
  • Client relations and appointment coordination
  • Maintain accurate client records in electronic medical record system
  • Handle billing processes and ensure proper data collection for payment processing
  • Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and filing
  • Coordinate with site directors regarding facilities issues

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of front desk, administrative or customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a front service desk or administrative assistant role
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience reading and understanding common terminology of the mental health field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a front service desk or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
