Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional administrative duties with minimal supervision
Client relations and appointment coordination
Maintain accurate client records in electronic medical record system
Handle billing processes and ensure proper data collection for payment processing
Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and filing
Coordinate with site directors regarding facilities issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of front desk, administrative or customer service experience
1+ years of experience in a front service desk or administrative assistant role
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience reading and understanding common terminology of the mental health field
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a front service desk or administrative assistant role
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
