Rad Tech - Radiology Tech
Job Details:
• Work in Diagnostic Radiology department with fast-paced environment
• 12-hour shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM • Must have CT experience and 2 years of experience required • First-time travelers will be considered • Level II Trauma Experience preferred but not required • Work in OR, ER, both inpatient and outpatient settings • Must be a self-starter ready to hit the ground running • Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) Verification, Fluoroscopy • Must hold Rad Tech I or Rad Tech II with CT certification • Work with Cerner EMR system and Philips ipatient 64 and big bore 16 equipment • Use C arms in OR • Scrub color is teal unless going into OR where scrubs are provided • 1-2 shifts department orientation provided • Call schedule varies and will be discussed during interview • Weekend and holiday requirements determined during interview process • Night shift can be more challenging with fewer resources availableFacility:
This medical center operates as a Level II Trauma facility providing comprehensive acute care services. The facility features a well-staffed diagnostic radiology department that serves multiple areas including operating rooms, emergency department, and both inpatient and outpatient services. The organization maintains modern imaging equipment and operates in a fast-paced environment with radiologist coverage until 6 PM and on-call coverage thereafter.
