Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy focusing on hand rehabilitation
Evaluate and treat patients with various diagnoses and disabilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
