Job Description

Join Staples as an Assistant Partnership Manager and play a key role in promoting Quill's business solutions. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnerships and drive sales within the public sector and commercial associations, while enjoying a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external partners
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
  • Partner with marketing channels for awareness of Quill offerings
  • Serve as primary contact for contract support and onboarding
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates
  • Support conference setup and attendance initiatives
  • Audit Quill landing pages for current information
  • Work with pricing team on sales collateral updates
  • Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate with external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
