Job Description

Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to join their remote team for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you'll provide tax advice and assist clients with their tax returns, using your expertise to navigate complex tax laws while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using commercial tax preparation software
