Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the Nursing department(s) on an assigned shift
Ensure appropriate delivery of direct and indirect patient care
Foster continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care outcomes
Provide leadership for multiple hospital departments in the absence of the RN unit manager or director
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
3 years of acute care charge or supervisory experience
Active Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
