• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2200-$2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and acute care settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress in a clinical setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver advanced life support interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and discharge instructions
