Job Description
Hardee's is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. This role focuses on developing staff, managing operations, and creating a positive work environment, all while striving for sales growth and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through quality service and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew under direction
Conduct crew and management meetings
Maintain inventory and control food costs
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Recognize and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Consistent and Reliable
