Join LSG Sky Chefs as a Sous Chef, where you'll leverage your culinary skills in a dynamic, high-volume production environment for leading airlines. Support the Executive Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while leading a talented kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise food production activities
  • Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when unavailable
  • Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards according to HACCP regulations
  • Guide and develop subordinate employees
  • Manage inventory and order food and equipment as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience managing large-scale food preparation
  • Skilled in managing food costs and inventory
