Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise food production activities
Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when unavailable
Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards according to HACCP regulations
Guide and develop subordinate employees
Manage inventory and order food and equipment as needed
Required Qualifications
Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Experience managing large-scale food preparation
Skilled in managing food costs and inventory
