Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and undressing
Monitor and record vital signs
Support nursing staff during procedures
Document relevant resident care information
Assist with food preparation and dining assistance
Report changes in resident’s condition to charge nurse
Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
High school graduate or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
