Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers with their financial needs and building lasting relationships. You'll utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide tailored financial solutions, while collaborating with various banking partners to ensure customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial advice and tailored solutions
Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
Introduce customers to digital banking options
Collaborate with partners to address complex financial needs
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and ability to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
Complete a video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
