Job Description

Join Village Pantry as an Assistant Store Manager and be the driving force in our high-energy convenience store. This role requires open availability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily operations and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Run the register and assist customers
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
  • Act as the manager when the Store Manager is off
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store
  • Create and manage team schedules
  • Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials
  • Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team
