Job Description
Join Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to our aging residents. Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Required Qualifications
Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
