Job Description

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming season to work remotely. Candidates should have at least 2 years of tax filing experience and an active PTIN. This role involves assisting clients with tax preparation and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years paid tax experience
Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using commercial tax preparation software
