Job Description
Join TTEC as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, working remotely to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in understanding their health insurance options. With a focus on compassion and efficiency, you'll help ensure clients receive the best solutions for their needs while enjoying a supportive work environment and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products
Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
