Key Responsibilities
Develops and evaluates clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Prepares intake summaries and maintains confidential records
Collaborates with physicians for medication screening and evaluation
May supervise post-masters fellows and associate clinicians
Participates in departmental program development and evaluation
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with Couples and Families Endorsement within 24 months of hire
National Provider Identifier at hire
Preferred Qualifications
Previous post license experience in psychiatric treatment team
Crisis intervention experience
