Job Description & Requirements Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry
Location: Concord, MA
Start Date: 11/10/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Type: Nights
Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Week: 36
Shift Notes: 12-hour nights, every other weekend and every other holiday
On Call Requirements: None
Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients in an acute care setting. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and effective patient care planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver nursing care to patients on Med Surg and Telemetry units in accordance with hospital policies and MA RN scope of practice.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognize changes in patient status, and respond appropriately.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols.
Utilize Telemetry monitoring systems and respond to arrhythmias or other alerts.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Meditech.
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families regarding patient care plans.
Participate in orientation, unit-based education, and mandatory trainings as required.
Telemetry competency test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
MA RN License – Required
BLS (ARC or AHA) – Required
Telemetry and Meditech experience – Required
3 years prior Med Surg/Telemetry experience – Required
2024/2025 Flu vaccine – Required
