Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team and oversee the bakery-cafe operations
Plan and manage staffing needs, scheduling, and training
Ensure operational and quality standards are met
Build engaging relationships with guests
Maintain a healthy and safe workplace
Manage overall costs and inventory
Required Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years of age
3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen
Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others
Preferred Qualifications
Flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
Clear communication in a loud environment
