The Product Solutions Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of key go-to-market (GTM) activities within CCC's Information and Content Solutions (ICS) business unit including new product launches, product update/release communications, market research and development, and sales enablement programs. Working with business unit leaders, you will manage projects and stakeholder communications with an eye toward operational efficiencies to drive business objectives to successful completion.

The selected candidate may work hybrid if local to our Danvers, MA headquarters, or may work remotely residing in the eastern time zone.

What You Will Be Doing

• Advance launch plans and other GTM-related efforts across publisher, industry, and academic markets working with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Communications to identify and track key deliverables and drive them to efficient, effective outcomes.
• Support initiatives such as market research, business analysis, and thought leadership in exciting areas such as AI and Open Science through project planning and coordination activities.
• Partner with Marketing Communications to support and track the development and execution of campaigns and collateral including events, emails, webinars, product sheets, whitepapers, advertising, and web content.
• Manage and update user portal(s) for an optimal user experience.
• May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 Years of workforce experience. Prior project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Compensation range: $58,000 - $65,000

Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible

The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors
