Key Responsibilities
Oversee and facilitate the Trauma Performance Improvement Program
Monitor and coordinate trauma care to ensure quality care
Participate in performance improvement activities including data collection and analysis
Coordinate educational programs related to trauma care and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years Trauma Registry or trauma care system experience
1 year Advanced understanding of Trauma process improvement
3 years Previous Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ upon hire
ATCN, TNCC Instructor upon hire
ATLS coordinator upon hire
1 year of previous experience with hospital quality management/QI programs
