Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
Alaska Occupational Therapist License or Limited Permit License or Temporary License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in subspecialty
