Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative Behavioral Health team in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to patients with co-morbid mental health conditions in an integrated outpatient setting.

The selected physician will work alongside psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and psychotherapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our vision is to create a one-stop model where patients can access both behavioral and physical health services seamlessly seeing their behavioral health provider and their primary care physician in the same location and timeframe.

Compensation has been quoted in the past as $260,000.00 base salary, approximately $40-60K in annual wRVU bonuses, up to $10,000.00 quality metric, $4100 CE
