Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs
  • Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
  • Conduct educational assessments and develop instructional programs
  • Implement educational curricula utilizing adult learning principles
  • Monitor and evaluate educational program outcomes
  • Maintain quality of instructional programs and enhance nursing professional development
  • Integrate ethics into nursing practices
  • Provide leadership in professional practice and create a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with professionals and stakeholders for educational development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline (within 36 months of assignment)
  • 3 years directly related experience
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
  • RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
