Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload of residents and provides services
Completes client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Advocates on behalf of residents with other service providers
Links residents to community-based treatment
Develops safety plans and provides individual and family counseling
Participates in case conferences and documentation
Required Qualifications
BA degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field
Minimum of one year experience working with Domestic Violence survivors
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual-Spanish
