Join Greater Endodontics as a Dental Practice Administrator, where you'll oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple practice locations. You'll drive performance in key areas including patient experience, financial management, and staff development, ensuring high-quality clinical operations and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure practice workflows begin and end with exceptional quality care for patients
Drive and own the financial budget and outcomes for the practices
Prepare and review financial data and statistical reports with Doctors monthly
Work closely with Leadership Team, Specialized Dental Partners and stakeholders to influence decision-making
Act as a liaison between Specialized Dental Partners and Practice(s)
Design staffing models to optimize practice workflow
Provide information to Doctors and community groups about practice programs and new providers
Required Qualifications
5+ years previous healthcare management experience in a high paced setting
5+ years of leading large teams in dynamic, fast paced environment
5+ years of Operations Management Experience Leading Clinical, Administrative And Operational Teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a multisite operation
Financial experience, budgeting, work with spreadsheets, Practice Management reporting systems and software
A deep knowledge of all practice disciplines including revenue cycle, billing, patient experience, human resources, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment
Strong understanding of healthcare administration and management
