Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nutrition care to patients and residents
Develop healthy menu implementation plans
Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
Conduct nutrition counseling and present programs to community groups
Check menus for compliance with diet orders
Participate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance data collection
Supervise and manage employees in the Food Services department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition
Previous relevant working experience preferred
Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude
