Join Quill, a part of Staples, as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will drive sales growth by converting new customers and building strategic relationships. You'll leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to create impactful presentations and meet revenue goals in the Philadelphia territory.
Key Responsibilities
Driving conversion of $1M new revenue from new customers
Building territory penetration strategy
Qualifying prospects and routing opportunities
Scheduling appointments and meeting with prospective customers
Creating engaging presentations using marketing collateral
Representing Quill at conferences and events
Creating custom pricing solutions for high growth customers
Ensuring smooth transition to account management team
Meeting and exceeding quotas and key metrics
Maintaining accurate records in CRM
Seeking continuous improvement through coaching
Collaborating with sales leadership and peers
Growing share of wallet from other vendors
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
