Job Description

Join Sanofi as an Associate Director in Market Access Analytics to deliver insights on brand and channel dynamics. This role provides significant exposure and collaboration with senior leaders, enabling valuable experience and opportunities for career growth in Pricing or Value & Access roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay current on Sanofi’s Portfolio and Market Access Knowledge
  • Manage and perform market access research and analytic projects
  • Perform Channel and Account analytics on patient longitudinal data
  • Partner with reporting to identify key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with strategic pricing and contracting teams
  • Leverage current system and data assets
  • Perform Ad-hoc analyses for Brand and Channel dynamics
  • Support financial impacts for Brand and Channels
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for supported TA(s)
  • Support the GTN process with financial impacts

Required Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • Working knowledge of Market Access and advanced analytics
  • Excellent analytical/modeling skills
  • Proficiency in longitudinal data assets (APLD and LAAD)
  • Proficiency in formulary data assets (MMIT)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Understanding of Real World Evidence data (Clinformatics)
  • Ability to interpret data and create a narrative for business decisions
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical business and market access
  • Working knowledge of the US healthcare system and reimbursement environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Understanding of PowerBI and Tableau reporting capabilities
