Job Description

Join Quill as an Inside Sales Representative and become part of a growing team that supports an expanding customer base. You will manage significant accounts, develop strategic growth plans, and execute sales strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and manage current customer base
  • Identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Build strategic growth plans and identify new growth opportunities
  • Utilize enablement tools and Salesforce for customer data management
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Sales quota responsibility with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
