Job Description & Requirements

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 40 hrs/week
• On-call and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Radiologists in complex interventional procedures (Cardiac, Vascular, or Cardiovascular).
• Prepare patients, equipment, sterile supplies, and contrast/medications for procedures.
• Perform 3D imaging and ensure high-quality image delivery into PACS.
• Maintain documentation in Radiology Information System (RIS) and medical records.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards (ALARA) and patient safety protocols.
• May assist in training new personnel/students and participate in quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years, with neurological case experience (comprehensive stroke facility)
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; continued medical education required
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Healthcare Provider)
  • ARRT Advanced Registry in Cardiac, Vascular, or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (preferred)
• Technology: Siemens imaging systems, Cerner EMR
