Job Description

Join Quill as a Customer Sales Account Manager and drive significant revenue growth by connecting with new customers in the Philadelphia area. You'll strategize territory penetration, engage prospects with impactful presentations, and ensure a seamless transition to account management while contributing to an inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral to create engaging presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill and acquire customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Seek constant improvement and share best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
