Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze data to maintain optimal delivery plans
Supervise labor hours and manage budget
Recommend work schedules and changes
Coordinate repairs and delivery productivity reporting
Communicate with management and drivers to resolve issues
Conduct training and safety inspections
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to engage and lead discussions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Excellent computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
