Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. This role allows you to make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments
Monitor patient comfort and safety
Document patient conditions as required
Respond to life-saving situations based on emergency nursing standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Adhere to hospital safety protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as an ER RN
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
Preferred Qualifications
TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP and SANE certifications
Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
