Key Responsibilities
Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel
Conducts orientation in a manner that facilitates a positive learning environment
Identifies learning needs of staff and assesses practice gaps, comparing competencies to actual practice
Partners with the Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data to evaluate and refine aptitude management activities
Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies into courses and curriculum
Required Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
