Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Financial Management Team Lead, where you will oversee the maintenance team in a USDA manufacturing facility, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the maintenance team
Lead daily operations including task assignments and documentation
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop repair strategies
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Train and develop team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects
Strong ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents
Experience in managing relationships with external contractors and service providers
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
Ability to work a flexible schedule
