Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you'll oversee civil and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to high standards. This role requires significant travel, with a focus on client satisfaction and effective team management. Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Represent the company in meetings and assist in labor negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Experience with job costing and scheduling
