Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for ARC and CARE animals
Ensure high-quality, low-stress patient and population care
Manage and coach behavior staff
Identify and lead ARC and CARE research projects
Cultivate relationships with medical and behavior team leaders
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience with behaviorally and medically compromised animals
Comfortable with humane euthanasia decisions
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in developing/overseeing research projects
Experience writing scientific publications
Low Stress Handling – Silver certified or can obtain within first year
