Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain information within accounting systems
Manage trust accounting records and census information
Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
Assist with Medicaid applications and re-certifications
Collect accounts receivable from private payor sources
Serve as backup for Admissions Coordinator
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 - 4 years experience in a financial services role
Knowledge of Point Click Care software
Understanding of PPS billing guidelines
Knowledge of insurance billing and Medicaid guidelines
