The Physical Therapist – Float provides outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across multiple clinic locations, addressing a diverse patient population from infants to geriatrics. They evaluate, develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans, supervise assistants and students, and manage insurance processing. The role requires a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least 5 years of experience and offers a 25% premium pay for flexible scheduling including evenings and floating between clinics.
Physical Therapist – Float - 25% additional premium pay (hours worked)
HOURS/SCHEDULE: 4-5 days/week with a minimum of two evenings until close. The schedule changes based on the needs of the clinics.
LOCATION(S): The Physical Therapist – Float will float to our locations in Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Milford.
PAY: The combined pay includes a base hourly rate (based on years of experience) plus a 25% premium pay differential for hours worked. Starting combined rate of $55.12 based on 5 years of PT experience.

About the Job:
Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and inpatients of all ages from birth through geriatrics with developmentally based exceptions (children under 17 years of age with certain neurological or developmental disorders and/or infants in the nursery or NICU). Floats to multiple clinics to fill staffing vacancies on a short-term basis.
