Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload

  • Maintain understanding of new store initiatives
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities with Assistant Store Leader
  • Ensure all customers receive gracious and efficient service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours
  • Availability to work two or more weekend days
