Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic services as defined by Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network
  • Provide speech and language therapy services based on developmental age/needs
  • Consult and provide leadership to the Center for Autism staff
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical and billing records
  • Participate in quality assurance, program evaluation, and curriculum rating scale activities

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech/language pathology or equivalent or CFY candidate for ASHA's CCC in speech
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2-5 years’ experience with emphasis on children and adolescents
  • Prior clinical experience with individuals with developmental disability or diagnosis of autism disorder
