Job Description

The IT Product Manager for Surgical Services at Cooper University Health Care plays a vital role in enhancing patient care through technology integration. This position requires a dynamic leader to oversee clinical applications, ensuring effective support for surgical and invasive procedure workflows while maintaining optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical applications and ensure their implementation, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Oversee periprocedural applications, particularly Epic specialty applications
  • Coordinate project-oriented efforts and establish project management processes
  • Collaborate with perioperative leadership to support surgical workflows
  • Maintain effective communication among IT and business operations stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry or government
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience engaging executives and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of product management disciplines
  • Problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Professional Licensure (such as R.N.)
  • Industry-specific certifications
