As a Program Supervisor at Sevita, you'll lead a mission-driven team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role includes supervising caregivers, implementing service plans, and providing direct support to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals with daily activities
Split duties between direct support and supervision
Facilitate community involvement through outings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
